
Musicians of the Lār Quartet

Molly Finlayson Violin
Molly is an American violinist, performing regularly in orchestras, chamber ensembles, concerts, and private events. She held concertmaster positions throughout her studies, won the New Hampshire All‑State and All‑New England competitions and was a finalist in several concerto competitions. Molly went on to study literature at Harvard University, where she was active in multiple orchestras, including the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra, was concertmaster for both the Bach Society Orchestra and the Pit orchestra for the Gilbert & Sullivan players. Now based in Denmark, she serves as concertmaster of the Plenum Symphony Orchestra and is first violin of the Lār Quartet.

Apostolos Kyteas Violin
Apostolos began his musical studies in Athens and served as concertmaster of the Athens College Symphony Orchestra, later performing with the Hellenic Radio Youth Orchestra. Since relocating to Copenhagen in 2019, he has been a permanent member of the Plenum Symphony Orchestra, where he also held the position of concertmaster and has appeared with Kammerorkestret Musica as leader of the second violin section. He now holds the position of second violin in the Lār Quartet. Alongside his classical work, he is deeply engaged with Balkan and Middle Eastern folk music, performing with ensembles in Greece and Denmark. He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Luke Keitel Viola
Luke studied in the UK, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Music through the OU and Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. He is currently pursuing a Master of Music at the London College of Music, with a focus on chamber music performance. He has performed with ensembles including the Exeter Symphony Orchestra, Bristol Symphony Orchestra and project orchestras including the Sinfonietta Bardou in France, and the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra Academy in the US. In addition to his work in pharmaceutical research, he now plays viola for the Plenum Symphony Orchestra and the Lār Quartet in Copenhagen.

Eléonore Assas Cello
Eléonore studied piano and cello at the Conservatoire National de Région in Nice, France, performing as a soloist and in chamber and orchestral settings, and appearing in several editions of the Festival du Violoncelle de Callian. After completing her musical and academic education through the French Grandes Écoles, she moved abroad to pursue an engineering career while remaining active as a musician. She has performed with ensembles including the Cork Concert Orchestra, project orchestras including the Sinfonietta Bardou. Most recently, with the Plenum Symphony Orchestra and the Lār Quartet in Copenhagen.
